SR 3 Chico Creek Fish Passage

Kitsap County, Washington

A $58.3 million WSDOT design-build that corrected four fish barriers and reconnected roughly 21 miles of salmon habitat.

Land Development

Chinook Winds RV Park

Warrenton, Oregon

100+ spaces on organic floodplain soils, with enhanced pavement sections and distributed lift station sewer.

Water Resources · Permitting

Divine Grounds No-Rise

Seaside, Oregon

A No-Rise certification inside the Necanicum River regulatory floodway, secured through HEC-RAS modeling and compensatory storage.
